FaceCaptureController

Owns the camera, runs ML Kit face detection, sequences the capture steps, and uploads the result. This is a plain ChangeNotifier — no bloc/riverpod/provider dependency. Any widget can listen to it with ListenableBuilder or AnimatedBuilder, both built into Flutter.
