CLDialogButton class

Compact, hover/press-aware dialog button. Single component covers the three semantic tones used across all CL dialogs. Provides the same look as the Material ElevatedButton/OutlinedButton would, but with the Skillera brand polish (Inter SemiBold label, on-grid radius, soft glow).
