FInheritedItemCallbacks class
Provides inherited interaction callbacks that FItem reads and calls alongside its own callbacks.
This is used by parent widgets (e.g. popover menus) to coordinate behavior like showing submenus on hover or tracking the active item, without requiring each item to manually wire callbacks.
