ExportedRect class

A box on a captured frame, in the image's own pixels.

Not logical pixels: the capture scale is already applied. A consumer cropping, drawing, or handing this to a service that draws it should never have to know what the run was captured at, and the one that has to ask is the one that gets it wrong at 3x.
