int framesFailed

Shots whose frame could not be composed, and so are not in images.

Apart from failed because the passes are: one never produced a capture, the other produced one the frame pass could not read. Added after storeShotsReportVersion 1 and absent from files written before it, which is why it reads as zero rather than refusing the file.
