Bumped when a reader could no longer make sense of an older file.

A version a reader does not know reads as nothing exported, rather than as a half-decoded object: the remedy is one export, and a wrong picture of a listing is worse than no picture of one.

2 — sets carry the app they belong to, and the tree gained a level for it. A v1 file predates any release of this library, so the bump costs nobody a migration; what it buys is that yesterday's local export reads as nothing exported instead of as a listing belonging to an app called null.
