ServerHandle class

The published announcement: one JSON file per live server process.

baseUrl and environment are mirrored in from the server's self-description (FlutterwareServer.info) so scan-only readers — fw status, the GUI rail — can say where a server listens without opening a socket. The mirror is a convenience copy: the info channel stays the source of truth, and a handle written before the server described itself simply lacks them.
