NodeLayout enum
How a frame arranges its children.
table is the one that is not a flex: its children are ROWS, their children are cells, and the widths come from the frame's column tracks rather than from each cell — which is the whole point of it. Stacked rows each size their own columns and cannot agree; a table is what agreeing across rows is called.
