ExternalWidget class

What the app says about a widget a scene may place: its label, the arguments it takes, and how to make one.

This is the file that stands in for resolving the app package, and the only place in the system where an argument is named by a string. Written by hand, it must compile before anything has been generated from it — so it names nothing generated, and build reads its arguments by name like the untyped thing it is.
