SceneArgs class

An external node's arguments, read by name and by kind.

Names are strings here and stay strings: a foreign widget's parameters are not something a scene can type, which is why the motion grammar already calls this its one stringly boundary. What the reader buys is that a missing or wrong-kinded arg is a null rather than a crash, and that the file never writes a cast.
