Status class

A plugin's whole state reduced to one line.

This is what the sidebar row, the worktree switcher, fw status and an agent all read. It is deliberately tiny: a tone and a short human message.

A phrase, never a log line. Every renderer gives this one line and a hundred-odd pixels, so past that it ellipsises and the rest is only a hover away. A plugin that forwarded a runner's console here — the whole [tester] flutterware previews harness ready — 133 entries, fonts: … — got a row saying [tester] flutterw…, which is neither the status nor news. Say the phase, and leave the line in the log.
