Scenario id → what kept asking for frames on the steps unsettledSteps counts: CircularProgressIndicator (lib/src/orders/status_cell.dart:42), _PulseState.initState (package:app/src/pulse.dart:18) — see ScenarioRunOutcome.stillTicking.

The count says what a scenario costs; this says what to open. A scenario in unsettledSteps can be missing here when its harness ran without asserts, which is what the names are read from.
