SpinBoxTheme class
Applies a theme to descendant SpinBox widgets.
Descendant widgets obtain the current SpinBoxTheme object using SpinBoxTheme.of. When a widget uses SpinBoxTheme.of, it is automatically rebuilt if the theme later changes.
