SafaehDebugMenuHost class

Floating debug button over child.

Owns the button's corner, long-press drag, and hide-while-open behavior. The host stays mounted when the button is hidden so a drag offset survives the sheet. onOpen should return the sheet future; the button comes back when that future completes, including when it returns immediately or throws.
