FormBlocFailure<SuccessResponse, FailureResponse> class

It is the state when the form are submitting and fail. The previous state must be FormBlocSubmitting.

It has FailureResponse to indicate more details.

This class should not be used directly, instead use FormBlocState.toFailure.
