Where a bundle member is fetched from, resolved by sourceFor. USUALLY a TtsRelativeSuffix against the model's resolve/main/ base (plainFilename itself, or a tables//voices/ subdir for TtsModelType.qwen3's embedding-table/demo-voice members). For TtsModelType.inflect the 4 reused Matcha G2P files return a TtsAbsoluteUrl to the Matcha repo instead (its 2 .tflites stay bare basenames), fetched as-is. Either way this never changes a file's on-disk filename/prefsKey, which TtsBundleFile.fromSource derives from the LAST path segment of the resulting URL (any earlier prefix/host is dropped, exactly like the plain-basename manifest entry intends). An identity relative no-op for matcha and the unwired follow-on types.
