ExplanationOverlay class

An overlay widget that shows layout explanations in debug mode.

Displays a floating action button that opens a panel showing:

  • Recent layout decisions
  • Overflow detections with explanations
  • Fix suggestions for each issue

Debug only — completely removed in release builds.
