ControlBuilderGroup class
Subscribes to multiple Stream, Observable
and Listenable objects and listens about changes.
Whenever one of controls notifies about change, Widget is rebuild.
Supports ControlObservable - ActionControl, FieldControl, ValueListenable, Listenable, Stream and Future.
