CockpitDevToolsProfile class final

Bounded projections of the VM data exposed by Flutter DevTools.

These models intentionally keep the report transport compact while preserving the raw sampling information needed to build a flame view or inspect allocation hot spots. Unsupported data is represented by an explicit state; callers must never interpret an absent metric as zero.
