CockpitRecorderScope class final
Provides the CockpitRecorderController to recorder panels.
Mounted by FlutterCockpitRoot around its whole subtree (app plus HUD
host) whenever the recorder is enabled, so a panel embedded anywhere in
the app — and the default floating-ball host — resolve the same
controller.
