Conversation constructor

Creates a new conversation.

All parameters are required except updatedAt:

• id: Unique identifier for the conversation
• title: Display title for the conversation
• messages: List of messages in the conversation
• createdAt: When the conversation was created
• updatedAt: When the conversation was last updated (optional)
