Prefers using cache, if given cache key is not found in CacheManager, it will download the file from network.

mustUseCache → const DownloadBehavior

Must use cache, if given cache key is not found in CacheManager, it will throw DownloadException with DownloadErrorType.cacheMiss.

forceDownload → const DownloadBehavior

Downloads in force, this will ignore any data which is stored in CacheManager.
