ExtCliCommand class final

The fa ext subcommand: headless management of JS extensions.

sources carry the install operands (./path, /abs, path.zip, gh:owner/repo, https://github.com/owner/repo, catalog:<id>, or a bare catalog id); name is the operand of remove/update/audit/ enable/disable.
