TransformSpace enum
Whose axes a transform is expressed in.
The difference only shows on something already turned, and then it shows every time. "A metre along X" means one thing to a person reading the world grid and another to a person looking at a car parked sideways, and a tool that offers only the first leaves the second to do the arithmetic by hand.
Machinery, for the reason TransformPivot is: two is what a basis can be taken from — the world, or the thing being moved — and a third would be somebody else's matrix, which is a matrix rather than a name.
