setDepthBias method

@override void setDepthBias(DepthBias bias)

Offsets the depth the next draws write — DeviceFeature.depthBias. DepthBias.none at the start of every pass.

The biased depth is the one tested and written. Whether a fragment stage reading its own depth sees the bias is not promised: the native APIs disagree, and a stage that needs it adds the offset itself.
