PrimitiveType enum

How vertices are assembled into primitives.

Two of these are drawn everywhere and three are not. The engine asks for triangle and line only — the debug overlay is the one caller of the second — and the software rasteriser implements exactly those two, throwing an UnsupportedError from the draw for the rest. There is no capability to ask first and PassEncoder.setPrimitiveType says why; what a backend may not do is assemble one of these as another.
