FluentTheme class
Provides a FluentThemeData to the subtree. The Fluent counterpart of
Theme, with no Material dependency.
Extends InheritedTheme so the theme crosses route boundaries and reaches overlays — dialogs and popovers build outside the widget's own subtree and would otherwise lose it.
