FluentMessageBarShape enum

Corner treatment.

Figma binds Message bar/Container to the shared Shape collection, whose third mode is Circular. Neither the component set nor React exposes it — React's shape prop is 'rounded' | 'square' — so it is not offered here. style.borderRadius covers anyone who wants it.
