FluentDrawerType enum
Whether a drawer floats over the page or sits inside the layout.
Figma's Drawer set has exactly this axis, and it is the one decision that
changes everything else: an overlay drawer is modal, scrimmed, shadowed and
traps focus; an inline drawer does none of that and pushes the content
beside it instead.
