FlSpotErrorRangePainter class abstract

The abstract painter that is responsible for drawing the error range of a point in our axis based charts such as LineChart and BarChart

It has a draw method that you should override to draw the error range as you like

The default implementation is FlSpotErrorRangePainter. It is a simple and common error indicator painter.
