DraftModeUIPageNavigationItemScreen class

Convenience wrapper that pushes a destination screen when tapped.

This widget composes DraftModeUIPageNavigationItem so the base navigation item can stay purely visual while still offering an explicit, reusable screen-navigation helper for ergonomic call sites.
