DraftModeUIPageNavigationItem class

Shared navigation button used by top and bottom bars.

Renders a platform-adaptive tappable control (CupertinoButton on iOS, TextButton elsewhere). This widget is intentionally presentational: it owns the button visuals and emits onTap, but it does not decide navigation policy or route handling.
