DVModuleShellMode enum
How a module's chrome combines with the application's.
dartvel.modules.<id>.shell in the parent's pubspec. Four different
pictures on screen: the application's chrome, the module's inside it, the
module's instead of the page's, or none -- which is what a kiosk screen or
an embedded panel actually wants.
Values
- inherit → const DVModuleShellMode

The module's chrome around the page, keeping the page's own inside it.
- override → const DVModuleShellMode

The module's chrome in place of the page's.
