DVFoldState enum
What the current surface looks like, as a value.
Obtained from context.screen, which reads MediaQuery and therefore
registers a dependency: a widget that asks about the screen is rebuilt when
the screen changes. DV.Platform.screen answers the same questions without
a context, but it reads the raw window and cannot rebuild anything, so it is
for code that has no context to offer -- not for build methods.
