DVStudioPageRoute class

Serves the Studio document for route when one exists, and fallback otherwise.

Precedence is deliberate and is the point of the builder: a stored document overrides the compiled @DVPage. A compiled page is the fallback entrypoint an app ships with — the editor has to be able to change it, or a shipped page could never be edited, only added to.

The store is read into memory once (DVPageStore.prime), so navigation resolves an override synchronously. Before that read finishes the fallback renders, which is why a cold start shows the compiled page rather than a blank frame; the override applies as soon as it is known.
