DVPageBundle class

A set of page documents shipped together — the unit an OTA patch carries.

Editor changes reach a running app through DVPageStore.changes. This is how they reach an installed one: the bundle travels with a release or patch, and applying it writes the documents into the store, at which point the running app picks them up through the same change stream.
