DVAlign enum

How a row or list distributes its children along its own axis.

A header bar -- wordmark and site links at the left, outbound links at the right -- is the most common layout on any page, and DVBox could not say it: a row packed to its content with no alignment leaves a Spacer and a raw Row as the only way.
