Returns queues to a process that configured nothing: the process-local default adapter, no handlers, and DVQueues.adapterConfigured false. resetQueues installs a fake, which counts as configured.

withSecrets<T>(Map<String, String> secrets, FutureOr<T> body()) → Future<T>
