DVHostEntry class final

One dartvel.hosts entry.

pattern is a hostname (docs.example.com) or a single leftmost-label wildcard (*.apps.example.com). mount is where in the route tree the host's / is, / for the primary host; in a wildcard entry {label} stands for the label the host matched, as a whole path segment. siteUrl is the host's public origin and may use {label} the same way.
