DVFormScope class
What a form's fields share: which one is last, what Enter does from here, and where the focus goes when a submit is refused.
DVForm puts every one of its fields inside one of these, and so does DVForm.builder -- which is why a builder form's fields chain with Enter and submit from the last one without the builder knowing anything about it. An application's own form wraps itself in one.
Nothing in an application has to be told about it: a field finds the scope above it, and a field outside one behaves the way a lone text field always did.
