DVStudioFrame class

Studio's frame, inheriting the application's effective theme around home.

Shared by Studio's screens and its sign-in, which are separate deferred libraries, so both look the same without either reaching the other.

Inside an application -- Studio's routes are the application's -- it is a navigator of its own under the application's router, which never reports a route to the browser: the address stays the Studio route it was opened at. A MaterialApp here told the browser it was at /, so a reload opened the site instead of Studio. On its own, with nothing around it, it is the whole application.
