DVRoutePreloads class

Each served route's own preloads, from dvRoutePreloadsFile.

A static build writes each page's preloads into that page. A server answers every route from one shell, so it has no page to write them into and names them per request instead -- by the pattern the request matched, which is what the build keyed them by.

Read leniently: an entry this does not recognise is skipped, and a key it does not know (an image's laid-out slot, say) is ignored, because a preload list is an optimisation and a mangled one must not stop a page.

The <link rel="preload"> elements for pattern, one per line, leaving out anything shell already names -- the browser finds those while it parses, so a second hint is a duplicate. Empty for a route with nothing of its own.
