DVRedisCacheAdapter class

DV.Cache on Redis (or Valkey).

Values are JSON-wrapped the way DVDatabaseCacheAdapter wraps them, so the two adapters are interchangeable. Redis expires keys natively: purgeExpired therefore has nothing to reclaim and reports zero.
