DVQueueAdmin class
The queue and job dashboard: what is waiting, what has died, and the two things an operator can do about a dead letter.
A failed job is not an error log entry — it is work that did not happen. Seeing why it failed and either retrying or dropping it is the whole reason the dead-letter list exists.
