DVFieldKeyring class
The keys available to a process for model-field encryption.
More than one so a key can be rotated without rewriting every row first: the head of the ring encrypts, and every entry can decrypt. An operator rotates by putting the new key at the front, leaving the old one behind it, and drops the old entry once nothing is still sealed under it.
