Triggerable class sealed

An expression whose result is applied to target nodes: a Condition (relevant/required/readonly) or a Recalculate (calculate).

Port of org.javarosa.core.model.condition.Triggerable (the dependency graph bookkeeping is added with the DAG in Phase 3).
