Acknowledgement policy (RFC 9000 section 13.2), as go-udx's: at once when a packet is out of order or opens or closes a stream or carries a PING or MTU probe, otherwise after every ackElicitingThreshold ack-eliciting packets or when the ACK timer fires, whichever is first. The timer is a quarter of the smoothed RTT within minAckDelay, maxAckDelay; the sender subtracts at most maxAckDelay from its sample.
