SubsystemTypeDesc class

Descriptor for a subsystem type category (e.g. settings, navigation, telemetry).

Bridges subsystem classes with the registry that manages them and facilitates type-scoped lookups.

A shared package (e.g. a common notifications module) can depend on a SubsystemTypeDesc instance ("there is a notifications service") without knowing which SubsystemClassDesc each consuming app actually registers behind it ("local notifications" vs "Firebase push"). This decouples the shared package from any single app's concrete implementation — see example/example.dart for a shared-type/multi-implementation walkthrough.
