PdfAnnotationLibraryPanel class
A dockable, searchable library of reusable annotation snapshots.
Items are collected under user-defined groups. Tapping one arms it as a cursor-following placement tool; the next page click drops it, and it stays armed for repeat placement until Escape or another tool is selected.
