VelocityMachExtension extension

Atmosphere-aware Mach conversion for Velocity.

inMach uses the actual speed of sound from the given atmosphere. Without an argument it defaults to ICAO sea-level conditions, matching Velocity.in_(Unit.mach) but accepting any Atmo.
